Heart Healthy Family Practice
Dr. Karen Architect is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner who specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), diabetes, heart disease, and weight loss. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, graduating with honors, Magna Cum Laude. In 2012, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and in 2018 completed her studies by earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice at University of the Incarnate Word.
She is the owner of Heart Healthy Family Practice, PLLC. where the focus is providing meaningful care and a better quality of life to our patients. Dr. Architect has provided healthcare in the greater San Antonio area for over 22 years; and is dedicated to meeting both immediate and long-term goals by developing a lifestyle plan, targeting the underlying health issues, and always putting patient’s needs first in their treatment regimen.
